Ian is a veteran within the hospitality industry who prides himself on being a people-oriented innovator. He holds a degree in Business from Penn State, where he first began his career in event coordination and business direction. Ian has played a vital role working with several industry leaders and has earned a reputation as a reliable and ardent event director. He has successfully staffed and assembled food and music festivals, celebrity mixers, and parades.

 

Ian is also a knowledgeable sommelier with a strong beverage and mixology background. He trains staff for events with the knowledge that comes from 18 years experience. Ian makes a point to know the brands Kace Face Promotions, INC. works with on a personal level, establishing strong lines of communication with all event and account managers.

Brent Gess | CSO

 

Brent is an accomplished executive known for a unique blend of business savvy and legal acumen. He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis as well as a law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. Brent founded a successful intellectual property search firm while in law school, and went on to prosecute patents after graduation.

 

As the Principal of Gess Consulting, Brent focuses on real estate and intellectual property development. He analyzes industry trends and compiles market research data to inform planning strategy. Brent also drafts patent and trademark applications in conjunction with start-up companies. Most recently, Brent established himself at First and Last Winery in Paso Robles as a transformer of the custom crush facility, where he drives operative excellence.
